The front desk receptionists are kind and they do a pretty good job at customer service. "We had a lovely stay at A La Maison - the staff were really accommodation with our late arrival of 10pm and made sure someone was there for our arrival. However our overall stay could have been slightly better; for starters the property was not as listed (we had 2 double beds rather than 1 double bed and 2 twins) - this was not a massive problem as we are friends and didn't mind sharing, however one of the double beds had broken slats on the right hand side which meant we were sleeping on a...
