"Had a fabulous vacation at the Rio Mar. the beach area was perfect, they accommodated us if there weren’t chairs or umbrella available. The pools were perfect and the last night we realized there was a wonderful hot tub on the margaritaville side. Just the right amount of activities. The room was always clean and provided for an excellent relaxing vacation."

"It was a very comfortable place, conveniently located near the airport and Old San Juan. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable, and the lady who welcomed us was always very friendly and helpful."

"The best part of our stay was the covered patio ocean view and the view from our room. You can hear the ocean waves 24/7. However, there were several cockroaches in our room on a daily basis. Half the days we did not habe clean towels and the last day we did not even have coffee in the morning. This propery has a pool which is nice but otherwise we left the hotel for all daily activities. Also check in was difficult. We never recieved the 24 hour virtual check in email and when i messaged the property we recieved no reply. It wasnt until we arrived in the evening and we called the customer care number that we were able to get any check in details. "

"Great resort! The first half of my trip was for business, and I extended for a personal vacation. The property is beautiful and I appreciated how it was sprawling. The golf cart transportation came in handy when walking to the lobby. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. I’d definitely return!"

"Was a wonderful location right by beach and walking distance to most things. The sounds of all the birds, oh my!! It was so fun to wake up to what felt like the sounds of the rainforest."
