Some of the instructions on getting around, check in, and check out were confusing and depending on where you look for it (via website, text, email, handbook in the room) there was conflicting information. "This was a perfect location to stay if you are doing a bioluminescence bay tour- walking distance! Condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. Other than that, perfect stay! The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. "
