There was initially a minor mix-up over our pick-up from the airport, which we had booked in advance. There was no car to meet and greet us as we had booked. But when we phoned the hotel, they quickly sorted it out by paying for a taxi there and then. "Lovely stay, staff absolutely MAKE this hotel. We have stayed before so knew hotel a bit dated but the animation team, Eric at the pool, the breakfast amazing and the waiting /bar staff exceptional.
