"My stay was good except for the extremely rude and disrespectful was I was treated and spoken to..by one of the night staff at the desk....If it werent for the fact that I have Jesus in my life..........I was able to let it go...but people dont know how to talk to other people anymore..this individual needs to take a course in hospitality service...cheap hotel..too bad ..my other stays at this chain in other cities have been good..."

"DONT LET THE LOBBY FULL YOU! They put a lot of effort into the lobby but the rooms are terrible. We got assigned room 213, it was absolutely filthy. Many brown and dark red stains on the walls, lamp shades, the blow dryer, hair in the sink. Toilet paper hadn’t been replaced and sitting chair was torn in lots of places and stained. Drawers were very sticky. We let the women at the front desk know and they gave us another room, however, this one didn’t have ceiling lights, stains on the walls, and bed was extremely uncomfortable. Worst of all the door to the new room got jammed and the same woman we complained to said it was just broken. Walls are paper thin and we heard others complain about the faulty doors. This is the first time we didnt choose the Hilton, NEVER AGAIN. we will always choose Hotel Fera Orange by the Hilton "

"The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room was pretty standard though the cupboard doors were hanging off the hinges. The breakfast was standard fare but the fruits could have been more fresh. "
