The staff were very kind and caring, hotel room cleaned / tidied every day, breakfast was fantastic, Great location right next to the ski lift, with loads of ski shop, good restaurants, I would definitely stay here again!

Sylvie was very welcoming and helpful in providing information about viewing the La Vuelta road race. The hotel is just steps from the gondola that takes you to the Pal Arinsal ski area, which would be a great convenience during ski season. Lots of dining within easy walking distance.

The room was very nice. The staff were very friendly and the lady at the reception allowed us to check in several hours earlier than the check in time according to the reservation.

This is a great option if you plan on skiing in Pal Arinsal. The ski rentals are a few minutes away, so is the gondola. The receptions are absolute gems and help you throughout your stay with directions and advice. The room itself was clean, compact and most importantly warm. I slept heavenly but I don't have any rheumatic problems so take my advice with a pinch of salt as the mattress was pretty firm and not too dense. All in all, I will be revisiting it next year. Breakfast was great as well!

The hotel was clean and easy to find. The location was good for accessing town and the gondola. The lady at the front desk was excellent and always helpful. The balcony on the 6th floor was nice to have to sit outside on. The hotel was loud and very hard to sleep if you had the only door open in the summer. With no air conditioning, the door had to stay open due to the temperatures in the room. So that sucked. The bathroom sink needs to be changed or a new faucet. The room soap was a joke - a slice of butter size - and not really too usable. The lack of a way to make hot water for a tea was surprising, as then the only option was to wait until the next morning and get hot water at the breakfast restaurant. Need to have a kettle in all the rooms. 3-stars due to the noise and lack of in-room ammenities.

Fabulous friendly welcome. All staff were superhappy and friendly and spoke perfect English which was extra helpful. Slept very well, comfy room, great balcony and great location. Would recommend. Only downside, no air con, which made it difficult at night.

The first room was nothing like the photo on my booking. No balcony - no views ( just a service yard) and noisy drains kept me awake. Moved rooms after I complained. Only stayed 3 nights not four.

Je souhaite un remboursement partiel pour ce logement que je n’ai pas occupé car lorsque j’en ai pris possession, il se trouvait que c’était un placard à balai ! une surface de moins de 9 m²,non conventionnel . Pour moi impossible car chlostrophobe , c était étouffant je n’ai pas pu rester dans ce logement

La limpieza muy bien pero los colchones FATAL. Una pena que no pueda poner fotos pero el sofá cama, completamente torcido haciendo curvas, ni para mis hijas era cómodo.Tambien se notaba todo los hierros clavados en la espalda. Puede que para una mascota sea apto. Mi colchón, de cama normal, fatal también con hundimiento y notándose el somier. El personal un poco rancio. No volveré nunca a este hotel. Una pena por que esta bien comunicado con el teleférico para subir a pistas . Ah! Y 20€ al día de parking ( muy difícil aparcar cerca )
