Perfect stopover hotel with superior breakfast
Very convenient hotel just outside La Louviere with car park as well as on-street parking available. Dining options both in hotel and next door. Room was modern, spacious and functional; shower had very good water pressure. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast which is amongst the best I have ever had: lots of both cooked and continental options (freshly cooked and varied eggs on a buffet is rare) The quality of the food alone is enough to make me want to go back next time I travel in the area

Lovely, Comfortable Hotel
Really comfortable and great eco-friendly credentials. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little bit out of town but very convenient for main roads. Only minor quibbles were a limited dinner menu (although there is a nice restaurant right next door) - although the breakfast choice was excellent - and the slightly odd decor choice with the room walls featuring a bizarre/sinister collection of clowns/mines!

Staff was great and our room was very large! Loved the restaurant on site which was convenient and had good food and service. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quality stay.

They charged me city tax twice. Make sure if you pay city tax in cash that you get them to give you a receipt or they will demand you pay it again when you check out

We had two nights hete and it was absolutely fantastic, we weren't expecting it at all to be as good as it was staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfortable and every thing you needed. Breakfast was fantastic so much choice and lovely produce. Couldn't recommend enough

Pleasant stay in La Louvière
Great price quality relationship. Comfortable pleasant room, friendly staff. Nice room design like shower with colored lights. One electric charging slot for your car available which was a plus. Tasty breakfast, albeit overpriced. Overall very good stay.

Pleasant surprise!
Booked the hotel to break our journey back to UK from Germany without much thought really. On arrival the reception said our room booked was quite small and offered a free upgrade. The room was spacious and comfortable. We ate in the small bar/ restaurant area on the first night and the food was of very high quality. There’s also a nice brasserie next door. Breakfast was an extra cost but well worth it. So much choice and hot food cooked live, on order. All staff were very friendly. Hotel is right next to Canal du Centre and we visited the Strepi Thieu boat lift which was amazing.

This is quite a new hotel and so the facilities are in good condition. I had a large room with a comfortable bed. The front of house staff are utterly delightful and helpful. The restaurant is very good and I wanted to eat there again but it isn't open on weekends! Downsides; you need a car, the cleaning staff seem to try to make as much noise as possible and are surly, and the orange motif can be a little eye watering at times. These are minor issues - it is a terrific hotel and great value for money. I'd stay there again.

A very nice hotel
Friendly staff, check in and check out was a breeze. Room was spacious modern and clean. Wifi was good and was able to connect to my VPN without lag. The bed was perfect for me, a bit firm and nice and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was nice, I they had a good continental spread, with eggs and meats, with an option to have a freshly cooked meal if desired. Would stay here again if in the area.
