"Staff were excellent and so was the food. Rooms were clean however there was a terrible odour coming from the bathroom sink. Smell was similar to sewage or stagnant water. I know some places in Europe experience similar issues with sewers, dated and old infrastructure is the issue. The smell was extremely unpleasant and really ruined our experience."

"The staff were exceptional especially Angelica, & Alesandro in reception and Mosa (Bellman), they each went out of their way to make orur stay and check-in/check-out so wonderful we are planning our next trip because of the care they took in making sure out stay was over-the top.
