"This hotel was an excellent choice! We wanted a close to the airport option, with shuttle service included and a good night sleep. This hotel delivered and more! Easy shuttle pickup, no excellent check in, great bed, great shower, very comfortable and helpful and attentive staff. An extra plus was that we had dinner and the food was very good. Would return and would recommend. "

People are somewhat aggressive…if you venture off the main streets there is piles of garbage everywhere and people are actually living amongst this…at first it appears unsafe but that might not be accurate. "

"Close to the Train Station. They also arranged for a private transfer to the airport for us. The room was beautiful! We ate at the rooftop restaurant overlooking the city and the food was good! "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The one complaint I have is regarding the check out process, they asked if we took anything out of the mini bar and once I told the front desk what we took they had to send someone out to the room to verify, after making us wait for several minutes they still asked me to tell them what we took from the minibar. This delayed our checkout time and in my opinion was excessive considering that our credit card was on file. After we had left we were asked to go back to pay the city taxes. So overall the stay was great but the check out process was painful. "
