"The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues."

"Cleanest hotel ever. Granted the building is older, but this is the best maintained property ever. Friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. I mean so many choices, the donuts are in little packages. There is yogurt and fruit cups and fresh bananas apples and oranges. Cereal in little boxes. Hard boiled eggs, cheese omelets, plain omelets. Milk cartons. Bacon, waffles, French toast, sausage!!!! So awesome. Pool was very warm and hot tub worked.Bed was comfy air conditioning worked fine."

"Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. We did not have the breakfast because I was afraid if the rooms and building were that...

"I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor."

"Room was clean. We loved the pool and hottub. Pool was good temp! Outside patio area through the pool area was nice. Pool hours 6am- midnight which was very helpful. Decent breakfast - they even had real dishes and coffee mugs with breakfast. 24 hour coffee and lemon water and tea in the lobby. Cookies and popcorn available at check in. Easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again."

"Very poor experience. The room had a bad smell and I found cockroaches. This is not hygienic, unacceptable, and not safe."

"The property was right on the edge of the interstate, and my room is terribly noisy, the windows are single pain and had to check several times to make sure they were shut. Also my room was tiny almost the size of a camper. A lot of stuff didn't work like the ice maker on the third floor where I was at and the breakfast wasn't well kept or stocked when things ran out they didn't replace them. I only stayed here because it was cheap"

"The room was exceptional-spacious, clean and provided everything I could want! (We had a King suite.) The breakfast had a great variety and they even had a 24hr tea and coffee “bar” available in the lobby. The exterior property is a little run down. However I greatly appreciated knowing there is an ice cold, filtered water dispenser available in the exercise room!"

"Beautiful antique decor and spacious room. Rom could have used one more lamp behind the couch and the overhead light on a dinner would have been nice. Not knowing there were no windows in the unit would have been helpful, that was a bit of a shock. Overall a good experience, would go back but not stay in the Lake Riply Room 102."
