"This property is a good stay, the housekeeping & kitchen staff are always so friendly, kind and helpful. The front desk staff can be stand offish but helpful as I needed assistance when my digital key stopped working after only my 1st night's stay (out of 3 nights reserved). They saw I was in a hurry & instead very quickly provided a card key, which worked great for my remaining stay. Also 1 of the side doors got stuck 1 morning which made it a hassle having to walk all the way to the front...

"Housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was poor. Food was ok but ran out quickly and was not replenished. No staff found to request replenishment. Coffee was in lobby only and ran out and was not promptly replenished. Coffee makers in rooms which may account for lack of coffee at breakfast buffet."

"The breakfast was good but, they didn't have yogurth and fruits, they only had oranges and two yogurths. Also the elevator didn't work for two days. Also the return of the deposit I would like to be inmediaty I have waiting for a week."

"I thought the property was good except for 2 factors 1. bed was tooooo soft 2. hot water was shut off during the day for at least 3 hours with no notice from the staff"

"Staff is exceptional. The facility needs a refresh. Room furnishings are dated, but the staff does a great job with cleaning and guest service. I would stay here again, but I sure hope they prioritize updating this location."

"My room was not what claimed to be , I was in a suite that had two full size beds and not queen , plus there was damage to the stove , the refrigerator inside light was hanging with wires exposed, the pool towels were so tiny not even a kid could use them besides being scratching, and the free breakfast was powered eggs and watered down cranberry juice and potato pancakes that were gut wrenching and caused stomach issues. Plus I was doubled charged and it took two days to refund back to my card...

"We loved our stay at the Arizona Inn. The staff was helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was immaculate, and it was heaven sitting outside under the aromatic orange tree on our private patio. We used the pool almost everyday and it was sparkling clean and had a calm, friendly feel. Sue"

"Very nice hotel, beautiful views, great breakfast and staff."

"The room was HUGE! Everything was clean and comfy. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility. Looks to be ideal for long stays. Our hallway smelled like Indian food, which I loved but my daughter wasn’t a fan. The scent did not follow us into our room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! It was especially a great value for what I paid."
