"Not sure how to describe my disappointment with this property. Some faults were on me and some on the property. Very expensive and many added charges. I suppose it is normal for a “resort” in CA but the room was musty and had a few dead bugs and thus my disappointment. Also no elevators and we were on the 2 nd floor. "Utterly disgusted by the front desk here. They will Straight up lie to your faces. The air conditioning shuts off in the middle of the night because it's on a sensor, leaving you randomly hot and sweaty, it's also INCREDIBLY loud. Do not recommend."

"Location was good, once you know your surroundings you are close to many attractions, restaurants and stores. Room was clean, staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking and it’s free no additional cost to park."

"We will definitely stay again. The outdoor fun for the family is amazing. The staff was beyond wonderful. Breakfast was great (wish it started just a little earlier 7:30 was cutting it close when we had to be an hour away by 9 but it still worked out) the front desk lady in the evening was so very helpful and kind and the amenities are fantastic. We were very happy with the size of the room and cleanliness. This is a great stay. We had 7 people from ages 4-33 and every person had a great time...

"The suites were beautifully maintained. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. Studio suite felt very homey. Accessible amenities. Used the pool, appreciated it was temperature controlled. Also used the jacuzzi, it was well maintained and temperature gauge was easy to use."

"The unit was very big and beds were very comfortable. Parking was a challenge but front and back parking was convenient. there’s always parking on the street even though you don’t want leave your car full of stuff on the street. the train was a daily noise-since it is across the street. Other than that pretty quiet area. Very close to several beaches. Moonlight Beach and Ponto.All in all good place to stay."

"I found what looked like a crumb of food on the toilet seat and paper in the toilet. Other than that, the to room was clean. Decent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. Amazing nice staff! We had a view of the hill..no frill, but it was no biggie."

"For the price of the room, they could do a lot better. Sofa was dirty, ripped curtains in the living room and floors were pretty dirty. The shower in the master room was draining very slow too. There was an on site restaurant which was nice. There were also lake rentals that weee very convenient. Staff was nice. It was ok. Most likely not returning."
