Très bon séjour! Au restaurant : une carte bien fournie et des plats bien réalisés ! Le cadre : une salle de restaurant très agréable avec des baies vitrées montrant le paysage magique au niveau de ce col, très impressionnant et changeant de cette partie des Pyrénées ! De plus, on a bien apprécié le confort de la literie. Une étape recommandée !

Hôtel avec belle vue, chambres spacieuses et au calme, même côté route. Literie à revoir. Petit déjeuner correct, mais attention aux dates de péremption. Nous avions 3 chambres et on nous a gentiment surclassé une chambre pour nous mettre côte à côte. Grand parking.

Muy bien atendidos por el propietario, desayuno abundante y variado, las comidas en el Rte del Hotel bien. Nos prepara unos excelentes bocadillos para el picnic en las pistas de ski.

Week-end ski a font romeu en famille

Nous avons réservé 2 nuit dans ce charmant hôtel, le patron nous a reçu tres bien,l'hôtel est vraiment sympathique, la partie restaurant en bas qui fait aussi office de salon pour le ptit déjeuner. Le buffet ptit déjeuner est tres bien garni!les chambres sont spacieuses avec le coin sdb wc tres convenable. Les matelas sont fermes ,de bons oreillers .le patron ainsi que son personnel sont a votre écoute, lors du buffet ptit déjeuner il passe voir si tout va bien.tres pro ,jadore!je recommande cet hôtel qui est situé a 15 min de font romeu,idéal pour les sports d hiver ,il est situé sur un bel axe de passage donc pas de panique les routes sont bien déneigées lors de grosses chutes de neiges comme on a eu la nuit dernière

gérant plus que désagréable

Hôtelier,plus que désagréable. Voyage professionnel réalisé via le site Hotel.com et le responsable refusait de faire la facture du montant payé et argumentait en disant qu'il perdait la commission. Il a fallu 10mn de négociations, un début de colère de ma part pour avoir sur un facturier manuel une facture fausse puisque la TVA n'est pas inscrite. Au restaurant entrecôte à 26€ qui en vaut à peine la moitié. A éviter

Chambre fort petite et assez vieillot. Salle de bain moyen, un peu sale. Restaurant, cher pour la qualité du repas, pas beaucoup de choix. Le serveur est le fils du patron. Complètement dans la lune. Il faut lui répéter plusieurs fois pour une carafe d'eau ou alors il prend une commande et revient en disant qu'il a oublié. Le patron moyennant aimable. En résumé c'est un nid à touristes pour les plumer. C'est un peu dur mais c'est mon ressenti personnel. J'ai vu aussi une cliente qui était satisfaite ! En plus il est en bord de route très fréquentée. Le point positif, le billard. J'y ai passé un bon moment avec mes enfants. Mais je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel.

Bonne étape

Hotel avec une seule étoile, un peu ancien au niveau de la déco, mais c'est un hôtel de charme à la campagne et bien situé, donc une bonne adresse. On n'a pas pris le petit déjeuner car on partait tôt. Très bon accueil. Par le contre le matelas de la chambre 27 où nous étions est à changer car on tombe au milieu.

Nous avons eu la surprise avec cet hôtel deux étoiles d'excellente qualité que ce soit au niveau de l'accueil, de l'état général des chambres,couloirs et autres pièces et du beau restaurant où l'on mange une savoureuse cuisine locale.Nous le conseillerons à d'autres personnes.proche des stations de ski et routes dégagées.

Le lit plein de poils et toilette avec encore l’urine de l’ancien client aspirateur même pas passé dans la chambre aucune isolation du bruit toute la nuit des clients qui joue au billard à 3h30 du matin enfin bref je suis hôtelier et j’avais jamais vu ça
