"I can't overstate who wonderful the staff was from the beginning of our stay to the end. They had great advise on Granada's attractions and cuisine. Our room was very nice with a great balcony. My thanks again to the staff who made my trip to Granada such an enjoyable experience. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and both the room and the bathroom were very spacious. I especially appreciated that the bathroom and bedroom are completely separate, which adds extra comfort and privacy. Everything was spotless, very clean, and well organized.
The location is fantastic — it’s within very easy walking distance to Gran Vía, which made getting around the city extremely convenient.
The only minor issue I experienced was that the air conditioning...
