"Breakfast was not included. No water or coffee in the reception area. AC did not keep room cool. I large 2'x2' concrete column in the room, making it difficult to maneuver around. ONLY 1 soap which was mostly empty container."

"The staff are just wonderful. They are kind and helpful. Even when things are simply chaotic, because, for example, there is only one small van as a shuttle to and from the airport, the driver tried to do his best to please all the clients, who were no easy and not nice, as they had been stranded by the airline (not the hotel's fault at all).
