"Beautiful, exceptionally clean property in a great location. It is slightly farther from the centre than the description suggests, but Collioure is small enough that this was still very convenient.
Unfortunately, our experience with the two on-site check-in staff was extremely disappointing. The check-in information explains what to do if arriving after 19:00, but does not clearly state that the desk is closed from 12:00–16:00. This is important if arriving by train or plane.

"It's a good property and my apartment was very good. It had everything I needed. A big problem though was access to the apartment 12 - it was via very steep stairs which were more like a step ladder. Negotiating the stairs with a suitcase was very difficult and may I say...dangerous.
I was also disappointed with the weak strength of the wi-fi. It kept cutting out and the work I had intended to do was impossible.
So apartment 12 is great for a young mobile person who doesn't need good wi-fi.
