"The property is modern & clean, however parking & access can be quite confusing. We unloaded in the hotel basement carpark & checked in, but was told to move & park in the P1 Station Carpark. That was ok, however it was then terrible to find the access back to the hotel through 4 levels of shops and not very clear signage. For a quite costly stay, this maze of access doesn’t really fit the luxury hotel vibe!"

"Spacious room, comfortable room and available amenities. Breakfast had a wide variety of both western, Japanese and Beppu specific style food. All equally delicious. Conversation between staff is relatively easy, but sometimes a translating app was needed depending on the staff. Despite that, the staff were understanding, kind and able to help me with any issues that occured."

"Very clean, friendly, central, and had a few amenities, they supplied clean towels everyday and could clean your room if you request it, , good and nice they have the Kumamoto Castle, super nice, they had samurai’s goo you to take pictures either the, the have a long waking area with lots of shops that you can buy souvenirs !! They have a lot of tille restaurants and cafes to try different things!! I needed more time in this city ! I loved it!!"

"Out of all 8 cities that we stayed this wa none of the nicest one, they even put my minis in our our rooms to use and TAHN pictures and even to go out, they had creams and body care products downstairs, for you to serve yourself, they had big bathtubs like sauna for women apart from men,delicious thermal waters clean yourself and our skin and hair yyvthey have a big arcade on thr while 4edeeex yum jjk j"
