"I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Iriomote. There's lots of space on the property, including a massive bathroom and a huge terrace, with a sea view where you can see the stars at night. There's also lots of wildlife that can be easily seen from many areas on the property, for example frogs and coconut crabs. "One of a kind hotel. I believe there are only 2 rooms in the property. The owner met me when I checked in and explained how to lower the blinds facing the street as the shower and toilet are facing the street. Well designed in general but it took me awhile to locate light swithces. The owner helped me book a nearby restaurant Motontoko where the owner chef is a fisherman who serves the fish he caught that day. "

"The standard room is small but the layout and setup is very user friendly. Location is great, especially for young people as it's right across from Canal City with many hip stores and game center."

"Old hotel but refurbished inside. Staff so friendly and rooftop pool great but they need to sort out the lifts as you can only call the pool lift by using the disabled button. Breakfast was ok but did not change any day and food choices were bizarre with a battered food station and spag bol for breakfast."

"Very impressive hotel on Okinawa. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was of a great quality, if a little expensive - daily set meals were the best value but limited the choice. Very good breakfast with lots of choices where to eat and what to eat. Nice that you could change a breakfast for a lunch if you wanted, we did that one day and it was good. Great pool areas and nice to have adult only pools."
