Very nice and cosy flat, walking distance for major subway stations, shopping street and monuments. Very comfortable bed. The reception was a bit difficult to find but once checked in every thing was great

Апартамент 2 - для сильных духом

Меня встретили и разместили в 2:30 ночи, спасибо)) Расположение прекрасное, вид из балкона неплохой, летом курящим людям - наслаждение. Рядом много хороших кафе и ресторанов. На этом радости заканчиваются: Заселялся 9 октября, в комнате в лондоском стиле (7? 10?м2?) отопление было выключено, для него используется электрический щит, который, хоть и раскалился, с трудом догрел за сутки комнатку до сносной температуры, чем уборная с душем похвастаться так и не смогла (да вентилятор так громко работает, будто вертолет летит над головой). Кондиционер есть, но и с виду поломан и не греет, про холод не знаю. Шторы-жалюзи отломаны. В общем я ожидал совсем другого (в предложении много разных красивых фото, видно, я плохо рассмотрел Свой вариант, апартамент 2) и при всем уважении к сити апартамент в следующий раз поищу другое место.

This property is extremely basic. With an absolutely tiny room with a rock hard bed and one empty pillow. Its also extremely hard to find, and can only be accessed through the middle of a restaurant.

レセプションには、1Fのレストランを通過して、2Fにあがります。部屋の鍵を受領した後は、専用の入り口（電子ロック）に案内してもらい、部屋に入ることができます。すぐ近くに地下ショッピングモールがあり、部屋にはレンジ等も装備されているので、スーパーマーケットで購入したものをあたためることができます。独立公園前のため、夜は少しにぎやかです。

Great flat, terrible service

The apartment and location are great. The service from City Apartments was terrible. Informed them when we were arriving, acknowledged by them and no-one turned up. Rang 7 times, either not answered or phone put down. The entrance to the office is through a restaurant but no-one told us that. On the last day they assured me on three occasions the taxi would be waiting for us in the street outside our apartment at 7am. However City Apartments had given the driver the wrong street as the pick up so he finally found us by searching around for us otherwise we would have missed our flight. The internet didn't work so a young guy came, prodded around, left and returned. Finally when we wanted to go out we said don't worry about it, he then laughed and left. However I think the strangest thing was when we were shown into the flat, at the end of the tour we asked the guy Max if we could contact him with any problems. He literally looked aghast and said 'no' and then left. On a plus side the flat is gorgeous and is in a perfect location. Make of it what you will.

Excellent apartment

Best location right on the square, generally very clean apartment. They sent a WhatsApp message the day before checking in to find out the time to do key handover, process was super simple and the guy I met Vlad was nice. At the end we simply left the keys in the deposit box and there was no more interaction. Very easy

It’s nice and comfortable and good size flat Very central with lots of bars and restaurants. Nice lively area. To avoid some comments regarding the check in. Just send the hotel an email on your arrival You will definitely find some one at the reception. That is what I did, and I had no problem Young man was waiting for me and showed me and explain everything. Bus tour is strongly recommended Change your money near the hotel not at the airport. You would get 15 percent more. Over all I really had good time at flat I will definitely go back to the same one.

I was at city apartments Kiev Ukraine for two days. The location of the apartment is very good. We were in the top-most room of the building to which one had to take a very creaky lift and then climb another 9 to 10 dingy steps to the room. The bedroom had a slanting roof making it impossible to stand upright in more than half the room. There was a peculiar gutter like smell that was very unpleasant. The checkout procedure was very painful. The owner Max was very uncooperative and curt at the time of departure. He asked us to come back from our excursion and vacate at 12 pm, and refused to agree even for 1 pm. We asked him what time the next guest was arriving, but he did not bother to part with this information and only quoted rules all the time. More of a rule bound establishment rather than a warm and hospitable one! Since he insisted we check out before 12 we requested him to keep the office open for check-out from 11:45 to 12:00. When we found the office locked at 11.40 am, he responded that his manager had already left after waiting for 10 minutes. He further added that the manager could not wait for us the whole day! Our taxi and guide had to wait for 30 minutes in the ensuing confusion, and we had to stand on the road with our luggage. The appliances and amenities were all there and were neat. The bathroom was functional, but smelly. I don’t recommend stay in the property.

The city apartments was an ideal choice for me. The location was perfect, the room was clean and well equipped. I shall return to Kiev and will book city apartments again.
