Hotel is compromised by age/weather damage, rains inside, windows missing (assume from previous storms). Very damp throughout, including all windows in restaurant leaking, lack of western choices for breakfast, dinner menu had lots not available throughout stay and no alternatives in walking distance in small town. Not sure this hotel is fixable or needs to be re-placed/rebuilt.

施設的にも朝食もかなりいいと思うが、従業員がいまいち。空港送迎の問い合わせを何度しても返信が全くなかった。結局別の代理店経由で手配したら最終的にはホテル手配だった。。なんだそりゃ。

レストラン・ショップ従業員を含め好印象を受けました。 今回は、4泊したが最終日の滞在時間延長については前日に依頼したが 当日再度処理となり対応処理に問題があると思った。 レストランは禁煙とならないのか。

I arrived at 10:30pm, 30 minutes before their small snack bar in the lobby was scheduled to close. Went to my room and returned 15 minutes later to find they were closed. There was only coffee and tea (no snacks of any sort) in my room and the front desk could only say "sorry". Other than that, my stay was acceptable.

飯店整體而言很不錯，很舒適，很安靜，讓住客很放鬆。 廁所淋浴間沒有做好乾濕分離，淋浴時水會流到外面，造成廁所非浴間地面有水，這點很可惜。
