The location of the hotel is very nice but the rooms were not so clean.

Awesome ambience. Located Right next to Vembanad Lake, the scenic beauty and the overall atmosphere was very much soothing. Only issue was with the google map which created much hassle by leading us to some narrow roads scratching the vehicle and ending up on the other side of the lake (Sadly no one attended our phone calls while we tried to contact the resort too). We were in the Palm Launch room which was quite spacious and with a nice view of the Vembanad Lake. The resort itself is a scenic beauty with ancient Keralite architectural touch re-created everywhere. Hats-off to Girish, the owner of the property, for creating and maintaining such an ambience all around.

Wonderful location, calm & quite area, closer to backwaters of chambakkulam... swimming pool offers fresh way to spend time with family, food is also excelent, hotel space is arranged well rooms landscape etc...
