"Hi Whilst the hotel was a good standard, I would Definitely say it is a 4 star at its best. Staff were slow in responding to customer service, they were very much reactive on all areas, breakfast, dinner and front desk. Gym was very small, no steam or sauna. Breakfast could of had more options."

Only negative comment was I asked for feedback on room as ground floor all have trees blocking light and staff member did not provide any feedback.
