Besides the nice staff and clean facilities, the property was close to the beach and the boardwalk with all the markets and restaurants. I would stay there again.

There’s not much to particularly do in this area, other than the mall and the beach - however, the hotel was close to both of these locations. Pool was large and nice. The location was close to lots of convenient stores and restaurants!

Second stay at this property, short day stay while waiting to catch the red eye flight home. It is clean and comfortable, affordable, great roof top pool and view, close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. Staff are friendly too.

The room was very nice. Loved the bed and linens and cloud-like pillows. Also the rooftop pool with a stunning ocean view was perfection.

Sulis is always great, we were just disappointed that since our last stay in November the number of available tv stations had reduced with the movie channel in English gone. We hope it is restored by December 2024 when we returned

We love staying at Sulis but this time we were disappointed that there is no longer an English speaking movie channel as there had been in November when we were here last. There are very few English speaking channels and we definitely miss the English movie channel. The rest of the facilities are great.

It’s just so so. Big family room, but all quite basic. Limited dining, a swimming pool that is not suited for kids and rather inflexible rules around housekeeping. The location is convenient and the price OK, so if you’re only in the hotel to sleep it’s fine. The nearby beach is not one of the greatest either , so if one wants more better look elsewhere. Oh, and noisy dogs outside at night with lots of barking and howling.

Dear Navreet,I'm so sorry that your experience was less than expected. To my surprise, upon investigating the communications you had with the hotel staff (receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant), you did not make any complaint or have any issue with your room nor with your meals. However, I noticed that you notified the Receptionist on your 2nd day to check out earlier (because your child was sick) and you asked for a refund for the unused night. As the Receptionist explained, the hotel is unfortunately not in the position to refund but Expedia is as you paid Expedia for your hotel booking. The best the hotel can do for you is to notify Expedia for your shorter stay and hopefully they will grant your refund request.We wish your child a speedy recovery.

Only had one night here and booked due to the proximity to the airport which was perfect. The hotel was great, modern rooms, clean, more than helpful staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our room was big and a bigger fridge which is nice.The problem was the mosquitoes,I had so much mosquito bites which my stay was not comfortable even we used mosquito spray.we’re supposed to have a welcome drinks but it never happened.The accommodation is good but because of mosquitos,I rather not coming back to this hotel.

Stayed overnight since it was near airport. The room was surprisingly large and we wished we stayed there longer. The breakfast was good. Seemed like a nice hotel overall.

This is a nice location if you want to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. There is a nice beach area that has a lot of locals walking and exercising in the evening. The bed is very comfy, the shower hot and the pool is huge! I swam right after sunset so couldn’t tell if it was heated or an end of day warmth, but very nice!

Pros: Overall property is good, very friendly staff and rooms are spacious and clean. Housecleaning do a very good job. Loved the dinning area on level 5, where you can see the beach and have a nice breeze. Cons: Pool is very big and nice, but the water stings after, guessing not enough chlorine or more salt. Breakfast menu needs to to be updated or better to be open buffet as mentioned on Expedia.
