The place was a really nice place to stay, however if you are staying for a few days no much hanging space and no draws for your personal things to be in. Once you get over that fact our stay was wonderful and would definitely stay again.✅

Clean rooms, amazing staff.
The hotel is clean, well kept, but what shines the most is the staff. I had the pleasure to meet Gek Mas, the receptionist, who was so warm and exceptional in her helpfulness. All the staff was amazing and so caring to make sure our stay was worthy of remembering. We also met Lea, a server at the delicious breakfast buffet, who was always quick to a smile and always made sure my time at the restaurant was fantastic. When staying in kuta for a night or for an extended stay like I do, there isn't another hotel I rather stay in. Plus the air conditioning in my room is second to none not only in Bali, but anywhere.

Hotel was ok staff was nice, but they let some mental Japanese guy stay there that sat outside his room and smoked cigarettes and yelled at ghosts the entire time I was there. Also Saturday night music by the pool the entertainment was loud, and NOT talented. There was also some type of mechanical noise that sounded like you were living in the belly of the beast. I think it was coming from outside the hotel so maybe not much they could do about it, but made sleeping but very difficult.

The check-in process at the hotel was smooth, and I had a great experience with the front desk staff and professional kitchen employees. However, I do have a few complaints about my stay. Firstly, the bathroom in my room was moldy and had a persistent unpleasant odor. Although I reported it on the day of my arrival, the issue was not resolved during my stay. Secondly, the constant construction noise from machinery near my room was quite bothersome. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed guests about the ongoing construction beforehand or taken measures to mitigate the noise disturbance. Another issue I encountered was with the hotel's laundry service, which accidentally tore my expensive Levi's t-shirt and didn't inform me about it until I returned to Australia. Lastly, on the day of my checkout, I ordered a meal but couldn't eat at the table due to a red chair provided in the room. This resulted in a few drops of oil staining the bed. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable when the front desk staff publicly addressed the issue, although they later claimed it was a removable stain. Despite these complaints, I might consider returning to the hotel in the future, mainly because of the service recovery regarding the bed incident. However, I hope they can improve on the mentioned aspects for a better overall experience.

This hotel is down a side street in a busy area of Kuta, close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. I checked in from a late night flight and was horrified at the cleanliness of the room, the floor was filthy and under the desk area there were nail clippings everywhere which is vile, I expect a hotel room to be thoroughly cleaned between changing guests.

Hotel was fine - nothing to write home about. Pool was nice, but things need updating. Bed was comfortable, staff was nice. Walking distance to Kuta Beach. Walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. Photos were misleading in the listing. Overall cleanliness could be improved. Unfortunately, our stay was made More unpleasant by other extremely loud guests. Will not be staying in the future.

Property was old and the room never ever cleaned based on the condition. Bathroom was on a worst condition! They only cleaned again after I complained. Still since it has those mold in the room the cleaning doesn’t fix/ satisfy the stay. Breakfast was terrible. Never will come back again!

Great hotel in legian
Only stayed here for the night. Nice pool and great buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean with good a/c. Would def stay here again. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Edy helped us with a confusion on airport pickup. They also have a great onsite taxi service that’s extremely helpful and safe.

I notified staff night before that i was checking out at 4am. They even offered a wake up call for 330am. I went down at 350am to check out before getting a transport for airport. No staff was to be found downstairs to help with baggage or to check out. No receptionist no security. I called out for someone for 15 mins until i realised i was going to be late for the airport. I left at note for them to contact me via email and left the room key cards on the desk as i was not able to check out. This was disappointing as we had heavy luggage and had to bring it down ourseleves. They did not answer the phone and if it was an emergency situation this would be terrible.

This entire hotel is in pretty bad condition, everything is tired.. the drains stink, the wifi hardly works, the towels are old and falling apart, the pool looked dirty.. The service was good, the staff always smiling and greeting. The room amenities were not always properly provided. For example, we only had one hair cap while there were two of us in the room. A new bar of soap was not provided each day. The bathroom tissue paper was not refilled. The room cleaning is very good. The breakfast bar has both local options and international dishes to select from. Every morning you get to experience a new dish and juice (a very enjoyable experience). The egg section is not perfect, they may miss your order if there are a lot of other people. They need to add table numbers so that orders don't get mixed up or forgotten. The place is very safe, and you will always find staff making sure only eligible people enter the property. The staff also gives you great advice on where to find things, and good deals.

Good but could be much better.
It seems that the rule to not smoke inside the rooms doesn't work very well, my room was strongly smelling smoke and I don't really think It has been cleaned before we get in.
