"I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"The area is very nice with a big variety of shops, restaurants, bars etc.. Access to the apartment as well as equipment of it (fridge, coffee machine, dish washer) were okay. The bathroom is very small. Though its questionable to book someone into an apartment with a broken balcony door. Additionally the heating seems broken and rustles nonstop. The facilities should be checked better and be maintained after the checkouts. "
