Ideal for couples with kids
I highly recommend Labranda for couples with young kids and teens. I was in the area for business and stayed there…it was not ideal for single travelers but still very nice. The staff was fantastic, the food was decent and the views were really nice.

I used the hotel as a hub to visit historic sites. The food at the fish restaurant is amazing. Expect to see bird poop on the veranda rails of the main restaurant. The property is on a hill and if you have bad knees you better be prepared or call reception for the bell boy to take you up or down with the cart. I do not like cold water, so I didn’t swim at all in any of their pools. There is a local bus that stops outside the hotel that goes to Kusiadase. I was very upset that security did not allow my friend to drop me at the reception. The guard didn’t even bother to call reception so I had to walk all the way frim the ebtrance to my villa. The staff at the reception are all smiles but never felt they were genuine. The cleaning ladies, the waiters, the tractor driver, and the gardener are behind the good image of this hotel and the nice memories I have from my stay.

After the light stony part on the shore, it gets sandy.Our hotel has rough terrain due to its location, and our shuttles and tractors serve during the day for the transportation of our guests. There is a shuttle service for easy access to the rooms. Regarding the security the hotel has a strict policy on what vehicles enter the premises for the safety all guests.The physical structure of our facility can be viewed online before making a reservation. I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness and location of the property. On the opposite side, I very much disliked the quality and taste of the food. Especially, grilling frozen food, turkey meat, and “unknown” fish and serving them frequently was extremely disappointing! A true 5-star property should offer the real Turkish cuisine to its guests..

Slow and chaotic check in process
The hotel is OK, Check-in was very difficult. It took almost 45 minutes. I parked the car in front of the hotel and waited 10 mins, No one showed up, then left the car and went inside, they gave me so many forms to fill, it took almost 20 minutes to fill it all. Meanwhile there was a tour bus outside trying to turn in a narrow road, I had to go back and forth to the car a couple of times. Then I parked the car in the parking lot, leaving all the luggages is in the trunk, No one asked them, anyways check-in it was a chaos. The food, and the services OK. They have only three small elevators going to the Restaurant and the pool area.

It’s a huge hotel and you need to hike in order to reach the restaurant, pool and beach there is no wifi in the room, the food was ok but not special, when you have an issue you need to call reception many times in order to resolve it. the beach could be better, overall It’s average hotel and suitable for short stays 2 or 3 night max.

The hotel was good I’m the main areas, but the standard rooms do not deserve 5stars whatsoever. It smells of damp, the bathroom needed to be redone, the floor in the room needs updating and the headboard of the bed seemed to be the cause of mouldy smell in the room.

Extreme Low Quality Resort
Only go there if you can book this place at a very low price, max $40 per night as if u pay anymore you will be hugely disappointed. Everything is very low quality and things have not been maintain to the best of standards. The food is terrible at times and bearable at others. The rooms themselves are nice enough though I highly advised to avoid the villas and try to stay in the main building. The property is located on a cliff so its feels like a hike every time you decide to go to the beach. Location is a bit nice for day trips. Overall, I would say that you get what u pay for here so don't have much high expectations.

A large beach resort 'all inclusive' beach hotel
Very friendly, welcoming staff. Fantastic spa area for treatments and fantastic pools. Claimed to be 5 star but more 4 star due to: Some to some areas needing updating for example round the pool and beach No table service in the bars or main restaurant (for drinks). Poor local alcoholic drinks and mixers within all inclusive offering Room air con not working with out an engineer

Good Hotel, although on a steep site.
Overall we were pleased with the hotel, the food was pretty good, the staff were friendly and everything was clean. On arrival we were a little dissapointing to find we were not in the main hotel and our room was in a villa setting quite high up, with a climb up several flights of steps. The sea front was also down a steep hill, which made if difficult to get to. Those with mobility problems should beware of this.

Good place for value
The hotel is located ina hill, going all the way down to the beach. We really liked the place. We stayed in the villas, with a great view. The whole facility was in good conditions, although the bathrooms in the public areas could be upgraded. The food was really good, and drinks could be got at the bar and during dinner. For the dinners at the special restaurants the alcoholic drinks, which is fare due to the price we paid. There are some steps to go to the beach, but they also offer a shuttle every half an hour. We really enjoyed our stay, and recommend the place

Pleasant place to spend a few days and to relax. The main pool is good and the staff is the highlight along with the wine bar. Expect some repetitive food at the buffet though

Very good
Excellent main hotel, very large complex but far too many steps to get around. Villas are basic in comparison to the main hotel. Food and entertainment are highly rated.

Cheap hotel with cheap service. Not a 5*
Hotel will be nicer in summer when they open it properly and tidy it up. Just don't stay there in March. Also the hotel isn't 5 stars it is more like 3. There were issues with the hot water, extra charges in the a la carte, rude staff, spa not fully functioning etc. Location is out of town but nice views. You'll most likely stay in the villas too so if you plan on going and don't like walking then book the main hotel.
