"It has only six rooms, but they are well maintained and serviced. Extremely friendly staff. Great for a leisure stay, quiet and great Sri Lankan food (I understand western food is an option). Flexible menu if you give enough time for them to fetch crabs. I am considering another stay. This time I rented only two rooms, but more in the future. Excellent for a family outing. Well worth the money spent. Although the nearby beaches are not, the beach front of this property is well maintained."

"This little hotel is so wonderful. The pool is honestly to die for. So picturesque, especially at sunset, although pretty amazing all day long! The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s true the margaritas are fav, although sadly they couldn’t offer them in the second night of my stay. But as I left, they were doing a shopping run, to replenish. My room was comfortable and super, the only thing missing for me was A/C. I had a massage and it was excellent. "

"We loved this accommodation. It was the best of all the places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The accommodation is unique, new and spotless clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful with anything we required, and the location was perfect. If you want to experience holidaying in a village, then this is the place. Tourism is minimal here, so you get to see the real thing. We hired a couple of scooters, as the area was quite safe to ride, with very few vehicles on the roads. It was nice to roam...

"Actually with GOOGLE MAPS GPS , it was difficult to locate the place but lucky we asked someone who happened to work there and we followed him. Location nice..rooms very big high ceilings... Good lighting except for the bathroom which needs some lighting by the mirror for shaving. View magnificent and Saman the Manager was very friendly and liked my pictures I took there. Probably one of the nicest places I stayed in Sri Lanka. They are building a nice swimming pool ..will be for next time.....

"A cute place that needed a little help. The WiFi was spotty. The bed when we arrived had no top sheet. Had to ask for hot water for the shower. Food was good. Bathroom was okay. For the money we paid per night, we expected better. If fact we did get better at other hotel stays for the same price."

"Booked 2 nights but checked out after the first night, hotel service was very bad. Room door brocken so had to complain before anything was done, so final moved to another room. Breakfast was awful and staff were not helpfull at all, as if they didn't want to know you were even there."

Als wir ankamen hat man uns erzählt dass sie nicht wüssten wie wir diesen Raum für dieses Geld gebucht haben konnten weil er eig. 44$ kostet (nicht unser Problem). Als wir in das Zimmer kamen totale Katastrophe: Bretterbude vom Feinsten. Überall ist der Wind zwischen gezogen, das Bad sah nicht besser aus. Abgeschlossen wurde mit einem Vorhängeschloss... Wir haben noch am selben Tag gefragt ob wir den Raum wechseln und nur 2 Nächte...
