"What a beautiful location and property! We loved staying here and wished we were able to stay longer. Pros: * The staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond for our family. * The location is quiet and just beautiful. * The breakfast buffet, pool, walkability to the beach and a washer/dryer in our room made this stand out. Cons: * Japan is a reservation focused country, we found. We found it a challenge to navigate some of this at this location. If you want to have lunch, for example, you need to make a reservation for the shuttle and a reservation for some of the dining locations - lunch is not provided at this hotel. * "

"Great location with easy access to Irabuohashi Bridge and close to shopping areas. Free parking around property. Booked a superior twin room. Caution: the walls are thin between rooms and you will hear your neighbors having normal conversations. Additionally, the property heavily stages its room example photos, as the room we stayed in was bare bones with plain white bedding and no room decorations whatsoever (in contrast to the bright and vibrant room photos shown as room examples). The difference was so drastic that I questioned if I was assigned the correct type of room after checking-in. Okay place to stay if you expect to be out and about most of the day. Not really a resort type property."

"The staff went above and beyond to help me, even though the language barrier between me and the staff was high, it was easy to navigate through my translator, they were very patient and friendly. The facility was very clean and peaceful, I would recommend doing day activities, like snorkeling and SUP in the island and then using their onsite sauna. I would recommend this hotel. "

"8층 트윈베드룸에서 묶었는데 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다 세탁기와 오븐레인지 토스터기도 알차게 사용했고 냉장고도 커서 유용하게 사용했습니다 룸서비스는 선택사항이었으나 오히려 편했습니다 세탁건조 공간이 넉넉하며 미야코지마섬 내 시기라계열사 전체와 연계되어있는듯했습니다 셔틀버스가 오가는걸 보았으나 렌트카가 있어 이용은 하지 못했습니다 주차장이 넓고 인근에 해변등이 많아 자주오갔습니다"
