"Really nice hotel for the price. Spacious room with nice view. 30mins walk to Nanping St for food and shopping. Only drawback that the hotel allows smoking.it has a strong smoke smell in hallway even on a nonsmoking floor."

"The hotel was beautiful and has a lot of fun amenities. If you open your windows you can faintly hear the amusement park next door but it wasn’t too bad. They don’t use the AC as much during the summer so the rooms don’t get too cold at night. But overall we loved biking around the property, playing in the pool, and

on the balcony. It was a very nice hotel."

"Second time staying here, THE place to stay in Kunming. Cheap for what you get, you get more than what you pay for, and the breakfast is excellent. Gym is good too, for a hotel gym. Will stay here again, so should you."

"The occasional smoking is a bit odd in such a new property. Otherwise the hotel is pretty nice. The shopping mall near by has good variety of food and shopping. There is also smoking in the mall. Odd but not controlled by the hotel. "
