"The stay was horrible, and will not come back. Hotel reservation was rough, i had hard time confirming my stay, local transportation at the beginning. They can't arrange local transportation to carry luggage when we took seaplane. At our first dinner, we had to pay over $5000 dinner for 4, which was not explained prior to our arrival. "Increíble hotel en una isla de ensueño con una isla desierta en frente a 5 min en canoa. Arrecife a pie de playa donde con mis hijos pude ver tortugas,tiburones y morenas,a parte de miles de peces. La atención es maravillosa, nos gestionaron desde España vuelo en hidroavión,ya que solo es un servicio para resorts y ellos nos lo consiguieron. Nos dejaron a mis hijos y a mí una GoPro y cada día nos mandaban las fotos a los moviles. Nos hicieron sentirnos mejor que en casa. Ningún placer mayor que...

"With intermittent strong monsoon rains and winds, the water came thru the doors in the common areas. We absolutely loved the food and staff and never thought twice about eating anywhere else.
