"This property is exceptional and when it comes to hospitality, this is exceptional. I have visited multiple 5 star hotels in the past but the staff’s hospitality here is at next level. Cleaning of the room done multiple times as and when we go out, when we came back room all cleaned and organised. Property has...

"Location was excellent, and staff were all very friendly in all positions. They helped us arrange trips and gave us local recommendations. The food was excellent, and breakfast great. Staff, food and vibes at Freddy’s bar ( in the hotel) was excellent especially."

"- Location is beside a stagnant backwater area. - The backwater is extremely filthy and a perfect breeding ground for mosquitos. - Human waste and other filthy waste in the water around the resort causing toxic smell and environment. "
