"The room was clean. BUT it took an act of congress to get into the room. I received NO INSTRUCTIONS on how or where to check in. I did a virtual check in, which supposedly gives you this Bluetooth connection to unlock your room door. This worked 25% of the time. It once took me 30 minutes to get into my room because it “could not locate the room.” That’s unacceptable. Finally, went to the other side of the village and was told by someone I could get a normal hotel key card from the service...

"This was such a great place to stay! The room was super cute, updated, and felt just like home. It had everything we needed, including a stove, microwave, and kitchen essentials. The location was perfect being right in the village and close to everything, so we could walk wherever we wanted. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again!"

"Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. "
