"The unit that we received was not the same as the picture. The washroom shower and cabinets had mould. The palace was not as it was advertised. We took some pictures of the unit. "It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed. So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...
