"週末の近隣ホテルからの騒音、予約が思うように入っていないなどさまざまなトラブルがありましたが、どの問題にもとても丁寧に対応していただきました。 食べ物はどれもおいしく、トリートメントも心地よかったです。診察の後に自分の体に合わせた施術をしてくださるのですが、私は頭痛がありサウナには入れないと話したらスチームに変えてくださるなどとても柔軟でした。 ただ、トリートメントなしだと朝夕のヨガクラスのみがついた予約になるようですが、それだと少し割高かな…と思います。トリートメント付きのコースをおすすめします。 部屋も雰囲気がよく、よく清掃されていて素敵なのですが、窓に隙間があり蚊がたくさん入ってきます……。虫除けと、できれば蚊除けスプレーなどを用意して行った方がストレスなく滞在できると思います。"

"Amazing hotel. Staff so lovely and helpful, grounds beautiful, fantastic pool and pool area. This was a short stay, arriving in the afternoon for a flight the next morning but could have stayed here much longer. So peaceful, really unlike any airport transit hotel I have ever stayed in. We only had dinner and all had different things but all were delicious. Free transfer to the airport in the morning was exactly at the agreed time. Thank you very much for a perfect last night in Sri Lanka."
