Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit guter Ausstattung. Bei unserer Suite blieben keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Personal - sehr freundlich, umsichtig und kompetent - Top - so in Deutschland selten erleb. Auch das Frühstück ist first Class genau wie das Essen im Restaurant. Wir waren total begeistert und werden wieder kommen. Wir sagen Danke !!!

In diesem Hotel kann man einfach entspannen und so richtig Urlaub leben. Das ganze Ambiente und drumherum ist einfach im Ganzen gut gelungen.Immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Enjoyable Stay, great location- needs family focus

We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight. Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc.

Ein schönes Wochende

Es war ein schönes Wochenende welches wir in dem Hotel verbringen durften. Das Essen in den zwei Restaurants war lecker - es empfiehlt sich rechtzeitig zu buchen. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und das Personal war immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind im guten Zustand und auch auf Altersgerechte Wünsche wurde eingegangen.

Das ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Service und hervorragendem Frühstück. Die Stadt Kühlungsborn müsste allerdings dringend etwas mit der Kanalisation machen, weil es Abends nach Kloake stinkt. Deshalb besser Zimmer in den oberen Etagen buchen.

ES FEHT NOCH EINIGES FÜR 4 STERNE, DAUERHAFT

Bei der Abreise habe ich Herrn Krüger Auffälligkeiten mitgeteilt, mit dem Hinweis " FÜR 4 STERNE" muss doch einiges besser werden. In unserer Suite, an der Duschtür unten ein ca. 15 cm langer schwarzer Streifen, würde bei einer gewissenhaften Reinigung sauber werden, beim Frühstück zwischen den Tischen, Speisereste vom Vorgänger. Ein sehr frecher Barkeeper der einfach seine Gästen draussen per DU anredet, wenn es mit der Bestellung nicht schnell genug geht und dann, wenn man sich diese Ansprache in dem Ton verbietet, noch vor allen Gästen diskutiert. Ein Auftreten, das einfach nicht zu akzeptieren ist. Dies hat nichts mit Personalmangel zu tun, das ist ein Führungsproblem in der Vorbildfunktion. Die Mitarbeiter im Bereich Frühstück, nett und freundlich, aber kein Restaurantleiter war von Freitag bis Montagmorgen im Restaurant, beim Frühstück sichtbar. dann würde ihm bestimmt einiges auffallen Jeden Abend steht der Herr von der Rezeption, mit dem Ellbogen aufgelegt gegenüber am Tresen zum Innenraum der morgendlichen Zubereitungsküche und redet dort fast ununterbrochen mit seinem Kollegen. Für ein 4 Sterne HAUS ein NO GO

Vorweg muss man sich immer eines vor Augen führen: es ist ein 4 Sterne-Haus mit entsprechender preislicher Gestaltung! Das Hotel ist sehr schön im Stil der „ Belle Époque“ gestaltet. Die Angestellten des Hotels (fast durchweg Asiaten und andere Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund), welche im Service tätig sind, sind ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr fleißig und umsichtig! Habe ich selten in so guter Qualität erlebt. Die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings an vielen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Sei es der Staub unter dem Bett, oder der Schmutz auf dem Regenduschkopf, welcher beim Duschen herunter rieselt. In der Dusche ist Schimmel. Es gibt einen, mit Glasdach versehenen, Innenbereichden man vom ersten und zweiten Stock von einer Galerie aus einsehen kann. Die Schränke, welche dort am Boden stehen sind oben sehr schmutzig. Das Glasdach ist undicht und bei Regen tropfte es von dort fröhlich auf den Boden. Desweiteren war es in dem gesamten Haus fast unerträglich warm. Die Familienzimmer befinden sich unter dem Dach im zweiten Stock. Dort ist es vor Hitze fast nicht auszuhalten gewesen.Eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich sehr notwendig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, aber auch nichts besonderes für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Das im Hotel befindliche Restaurant ist geschmacklich und qualitativ nichts besonderes, eher unterer Durchschnitt ( Steak schlecht gebraten, ein Coq au Vin, dass schmeckt wie Brathähnchen in Rinderkraftbrühe ), die Preise allerdings nicht. Leider mehr Schein als sein.
