Top Kudāl Hotel Reviews

Grand Vatika Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent place"

Nanu Resort, Arambol

8/10 Good

"We stayed here as it was in Arambol and I wanted to go there. The hotel seems new and was very clean and the rooms were very nice. There is a pool but it is very small. It was over 25 minute walk to Arambol beach in the hot sun. We walked down to Arambol beach and walked back to Mandrem beach and then to the hotel. It was only 15 minutes to Mandrem, so it would be better to go there instead. But there is nothing really near the hotel if you don't want to do these walks. So you really need transport if you are staying here. Staff were very friendly. There is a spa on the top floor which was reasonably priced and I had a good massage there. Overall it was very good value but I wouldn't stay again due to the location and not being near anything."

Mandrem Beach Resort, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreat

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed here with my 11 yo son. We were in room 4001 a deluxe river review. The room was clean & well maintained on the river, which was beautiful. The room is not over looked & you don't have guests walking past. It was perfect. The pool is small, but the pool staff are very attentive. Though I find it odd to have plastic coverings on the sun beds. The restaurant is reasonably priced & we ate there for breakfast and a dinner. The staff couldn't be more helpful - the service was amazing. The hotel is on the beach, but it is 5 minutes to get to the sea. You can walk along to some restaurants in about 10 minutes. You can also walk all the way up to Arambol in 30 mins. You can walk down to Morjim in less than 2 hours if you wanted. A taxi back is around Rs 500. Nearby are several places for massage. There is also the cafe Artjuna which is lovely. There are several people who will do laundry. The hotel is small & so you quickly get to know the staff and other guests. It has a family feel. I booked through Expedia with breakfast, but the voucher didn't explicitly state it was included, so they would not provide breakfast. I had to contact Expedia & get them to contact the hotel to confirm. I feel the staff could have done this themselves. The hotel was busy our next night, so we went and stayed somewhere else & returned to a deluxe sea view room 5002. The room was not as well maintained and smelled odd. Overall though perfect & we will return."

The Earth-Maison Ocean Beach Resort

8/10 Good

"This is a very new property so part of it is still under construction. Even so, it was clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. There was construction noise next door, so they graciously moved us to a different room which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are stylish & modern. There's quick & direct access to the beach - due to the tide its closed from the late evening onwards but when it's open, it leads to a tiny, quiet part of the beach which was very nice. The views are amazing from the sea facing rooms. The property doesn't have bar facilities as it's new, so looking forward to them opening one soon!"
