Asking for an extra chair or cutlery is difficult, expect to wait over 10 minutes even when the hotel is in lockdown and there arent many guests at all. The cutlery will need to be washed, every time we received the bowls, spoon or forks, it was always dirty. Bottled water not replenished in the room and when you go to the lobby to ask for some water, you can also wait for over 10 minutes for the water. Bathroom is outdated and old, needs refurbishment, expect the water for shower to be warm after 15 minutes of turning the tap on.

Nice sleep in comfortable bed, but unfortunately followed by a Cold Water Shower.

Plus side within city center and covenient shops and eateries around. Check in was efficient and lobby area was spacious and clean. On the other hand, despite it is just a standard room condition was poorly mantain, toilet shower head was rusty, shower screen was dirty, drinking cups was not properly clean. Hope management will cross refference with Pullman quality global standard.

Human 100% excellent. Cannot say much for car parking fees. spend average $9 per day...also laundry was COD when front desk has already taken a credit card swipe. I don't mind COD but they have to wait till I return to my room for COD. Normally it is just left in my room! :( Plus hot water seems only from 6am else it is just warm.

pleasant hotel

Great hotel for the price you pay - it’s spacious and have all the basic things you need. Location is also a plus. Breakfast was a bit chaotic on the 1 Jan with lots of people and not enough seating.
