The building is getting old and tired but I can’t fault the location. The staff was friendly but the apartment needs to improve on its noise insulation. You could hear the neighbor clearly and the noise from the karaoke nearby on a Friday night was just horrible.

Very nice property and the staff at Reception, Restaurant and House-keeping all did an excellent job to make our stay a very satisfying one. Free and easy hotel. Would be better if the toilet partition is fully sealed to the top as it was freezing due to the aircon.

It’s very close to the Waterfront, clustered among other hotels. Walking distance to nearby food areas, and other streets.
