Very small room, and the ones with fan get super hot. Very handy for main bus station and a Sky Train-station next door. Nice bar and common area.

convenient, free wifi, good location
Location is good, near to China town and the MRT station. The reception is 24 hours, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is a nice choice for a budget trip.

The room is okay
The room is okay for the person who travels alone but it has no double lock and that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Luckily, the hotel guests in the other rooms were also nice as well as the staffs, so everything is just fine.

Racist receptionist ruined pur stay.
The man in reception ruined our stay there. He was rude with us when we asked him to sort out the cold shower situation. The se happened when we told him that wifi was not working on the rooms. On my last day, i checked out but i stayed in the hostel to use the bar, at some point, when i tried to use the pc of the hostel, he got ungry and started telling me that my mother shoube ashamed of me

Prison in KL
I left as my room looked more like a prison..and was so tiny it did not have room for my suitcase. It only had a fan.. Not a good idea in KL..but the staff was friendly and understanding.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds!
I love going to the Travel Hub, as it's a relaxing guesthouse, with several social areas, and the staff are fantastic and very engaging. I have frequented there over the years, primarily because of this. It is a short walk from Pasar Seni sky train station, which is only one stop from KL Sentral - the main junction station, and in the heart of Chinatown. There is a bit of poverty in the area, which may be a shock to those unused to seeing it, but it is otherwise a safe neighbourhood. Talk with the staff if worried and they will gladly help you out.

Good place, good location.
The Travel Hub was a very nice backpacker hotel. The room we had was fine for a family of five; 1 bunk bed and 1 queen bed with plenty of extra room to walk around in. The only issue we had with the room was the A/C... it leaked and we needed to keep the trash can under it to catch the water. It is clear that this has been an ongoing issue as the floor right there is soft under foot. The common kitchen and lounge were great. The showers and bathroom were fine. I really wish we knew about the roof top bar earlier!!!! What a great place to hang!!

Very clean hotel and for all
Very cool stuff hotel! Love the stuff here! A very clean hotel. Nice place to live here and have a great guest around the world. Close to the market and very good in this area. The hotel is super good at the roof top can have some good views at roof! Very friendly and nicely hotel to stay for long term!

Very nice hostel, great staff. We had a clean room, only thing it lacked was a mirror. Other than that perfect location, the rooftop terrace was awesome and the location of the hostel is perfect for visiting chinatown.

Great location, fantastic staff!
I came on the suggestion of a friend, and am happy i did. The price is very reasonable for the heart of the city, and the beds are quite comfortable. It's a mix of dorms and private rooms (I opted for a private) and has a few good social areas for meeting people. The staff are second to none, and always friendly and willing to help you out. I would stay here again (in fact, I already have) any time I'm coming through KL!

チャイナタウンの比較的綺麗な窓付きシングル
クアラルンプールにはシングルのよい格安宿が少ない。これまで何軒か試してみたが、今回のザトラベルハブは、値段が高い分、窓付きで、これだけでも大分気分が違ってくる。勿論、部屋自体は狭いが、相対的に綺麗ではある。ただ、宿泊者が多いと、トイレ、シャワーが混むのが難点。及び、観光税と称して一泊10リンギット徴集されたのも意外だった。

Location is super great and the staff is helpful! But need to be aware that there is basically no locks everywhere including your shared room and hostel gate, seems like everyone can get in without any recognition. Some shower rooms r small but can go visit the other side( the bar side) it will amaze u! Two total different world!

チャイナタウンへのアクセスは便利。
ゲストハウスとしては、快適でした。 簡単な朝食が付いており、買いにいかなけばならない手間が省けた。 フロントでは、親切で丁寧な対応をして頂き、気持ち良く過ごせた。

エアコンがなくて朝まで寝れなかった。
スタッフは感じいいです。 朝食は無料なので場所はスタッフに聞いて下さい。 予約するとき内容をきちんと見ていなかった私が悪いのですがエアコンがついておらず日中は日が当たり夜も暑く全く寝れませんでした。 できれば全部屋エアコンを設置してほしい。

이동하기 편하지만 객실이 너무 좁음
저녁에 늦게 도착해 잠만 잘거면 추천 참고로 내방은 창문이 안닫기고 커튼도 고장난 상태여서 옷 갈아입는게 호텔 밖에서 다 보였음;;;;;;; 객실이 나에겐 좁았지만 직원이 친절함ㅎㅎ

うるさくて一睡も出来ません
2Fシングルエアコン窓付きに宿泊しましたが、夜間スタッフの男性達の話し声が朝まで響いてうるさくて滞在中は一睡も出来ませんでした。 まるで受付にベッドを置いて寝ているかのように筒抜けで、男性スタッフも足音を響かせながら大笑いしつつよく一晩中あんなに話す事があるなというくらいに話し続けます。 おかげで昼間に仮眠を取る形になり、体調も崩してしまい散々でした。 クアラルンプールに再訪した時は別の宿を探したいと思います。

Clima de hostel,mas com tranquilidade Ao chegar, com muita fome, o atendente me avisou que havia um churrasco para os hóspedes no rooftop bar. Passei 3 noites em um quarto individual , com ventilador de teto e sem banheiro. A cama de solteiro ocupa quase todo o espaço, mas foi muito mais confortável do que ficar num beliche com outras pessoas. Os banheiros à disposição são privativos, com toalete e chuveiro no mesmo ambiente, então o chão depõe fica molhado. O café da manhã é bem básico. Apesar de não ter todas as comodidades de um hotel, achei muito confortável e conveniente. A localização é ótima, fora da parte mais agitada de Chinatown mas bem próxima para acessar caminhando e muito fácil de ir a qualquer ponto da cidade por estar perto da estação de transporte público e do ônibus gratuito.

バックパッカーのゲストハウスという感じで互い同士の距離があまりにも近すぎました。急いで予約してしまったので今回は失敗しましたがやはり各部屋にシャワートイレくらいあったほうがいいです。

ファン付きシングルルームに宿泊しました。ファンは風力を調節可能で、最大にすると結構涼しいです。朝食は同ホテルのバーで提供されます。部屋もバーも綺麗ですが、共同バスルームは若干残念な感じです。店員さんはとてもフレンドリーでした。

위치는 정말 최고인것 같습니다
위치는 정말 너무 좋아요 조금만 걸어가면 전철역과 버스정류장이라 전철을 타시거나 무료버스인 gokl로 쿠알라 어디든 갈수있습니다 그리고 혹시 개인룸 하시는분들은 몇천원 아낄생각 마시고 무조건 에어컨룸하세요.. 팬룸은 정말 너무 덥습니다... 무튼 전 개인룸에 팬룸이었는데 더운것 빼곤 너무 좋았습니다. 아 그리고 올드 타운 차이나 카페가 호스텔 바로 옆에 있어서 점심은 항상 거기서 먹어서 좋았어요 ㅎ

シングルルームに宿泊しました。 エアコンがなく、天井にあるファンがあります。 気温が30度前後でしたが、日本の夏のように湿度が高いわけではないので、 エアコンがなくてもそれなり寝ることができました。

初めてのゲストハウス
ゲストハウスというものに宿泊したことがなかった為、予想していた以上に自分には向いていなかった。 スタッフとのコミュニケーション手段は英語とマレー語のみ。対応はフレンドリー。 ホテル出入り口のドアはロックされており、ブザーを鳴らすとロックを解除してくれるのだが、ブザーが鳴っても聞こえていないことがありなかなか開けてもらえず、訪問時はかなり焦った。 14時からチェックインのため、その前に到着した場合は、荷物を預け、フロントで待つことも可能。14時前でも清掃が終われば入れてもらえる。 窓のないシングルルームを使用したが、食堂で調理している匂いがそのまま部屋に入ってきてしまう。清掃は行き届いている。 フロントで話す声が部屋まで聞こえてくる。 トイレが1つ、シャワールームが2つ、男女共用。洗面所＋洗濯室を挟んでいるとはいえフロントの前に設置されているのでちょっと使いづらい。
