- Booked 2 queen rooms. - When we arrived, check in staff wanted to upgrade us to the suite but we declined as we are not able to share rooms with different gender. - Staff did not look happy that we declined the offer. (1st bad impression) but they “upgraded” 1 queen room to a king room. However the king room has less space than the queen room. Very cramped. (Room 401) - Key card did not work and had to go back down to the lobby to get it fixed. - had 2 guests in 1 room. Only offered 1 cup for usage. No spoon offered so unable to make beverage. Had to improvise. Cup still had coffee stains. - Toilet shower head was messed up. - No heater available. - No basic toiletries such as toothbrush kit, sanitary bag. Only offer 1 mini bottle shampoo and 1 mini bottle body wash. - In room phone did not work. - Luggage stand was broken. - In room 401, the TV is facing towards the window instead of the bed. Tv frame seem too flimsy to be moved. Didnt want to break the frame. Had to watch it sitting against the window. Pros: - Walking distance to Berjaya Times Square - A few nearby eateries available Cons: - Late checkout RM15/hour - as mentioned above, lack of functional amenities. - depending on which room you got, space is very limited. Sometimes an “upgrade” is never an upgrade.
