Location is very central, close to shops and restaurants. Shopping malls are at walking distance. Good for family with kids. We took double bedroom and it suited us well. Staffs are welcoming and very helpful.

Its the 3rd time i stayed here, not much has changed in the last 10 years. The staff and manageress were very friendly and helpful. The dining and bar is currently been renovated but work was stopped and not much was happening for a while.

Check in was a bit messy as I was going to pay by cash I was asked to go out and bring the cash. Was not willing to accept my credit card as a hold until I checked in and went out to a money exchange to bring the local currency. There was a cockroach in our room. Restaurant staff, particularly the head Nishantha Samaranayake was great.

Hotel was great the only thing it is not very well sound proofed. So if you are one of those that can’t sleep because of noise keep that in mind. All the bars are supper close and stay loud and open until 4am or more. Aside from that the room was very clean.

The internet
If you are on holiday this hotel is perfect, but If you are on business and need to be connected to the world via internet, this is not the hotel. The room is not design for desktop work, there is not enough room to use your laptop and the lighting arrangement is extreme bad for working. The worst is the WiFi, it is so slow when it works I had to rely on my mobile connection, which is comparatively expensive.

This hotel is completely surrounded by clubs blasting music until 5am. My windows on the 17th floor were shaking because of the pounding bass. But do they tell you this in the hotel description? No, of course not. Much easier/faster to deceive your guests and take their money.

Great location
2 day stopover, great location for the night market, bars and restaurants. Hotel is comfortable, good sized rooms and helpful staff. It can be a little busy and maybe a little tired around the edges but great value and would be happy to return.

This place was pretty mediocre. Fixtures were broken, there was no water, wipes, or towels in the fitness center, check-in was slow, the elevators were slow, the kitchenette had a stove but no pans or pots and no knives or cooking utensils, the paint in the room had been very sloppily patch painted, etc etc etc. housekeeping was stingy with toilet paper for some reason, and I had no hand towels or face towels or kitchen towels. The fitness room was a real sore point with me. Treadmills (3) were very dated and the room was super hot and humid. The area is convenient enough but not my favorite part of KL.

Location is in the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur, so that's nice. Clean and well equipped room, however the safe didn't work. Reception told me that all the safes in the hotel were not working :-(

Good hotel, big room.
Really good hotel, large comfortable room with everything we needed. No problem getting an extra hour on our check out just to give us a bit more time before flighting home. The pool area is very nice on the 11th floor. Breakfast was also good. A little walk to loads of restaurants and bars but not really that far. All in all good value for the quality.

Very good for the price paid
The room was very spacious & clean. Walking distance near to night life & jalan alor. Lot 10 & pavillion still can walk but a bit of a distance. The points to take note. The hotel doesnt comes with toothbrush set & toilet bowl spray nozzle was missing. When asked the front desk, toothbrush was upon request and they mention all rooms no spray nozzle. Went to swimming pool, request for towel. They said towel finish. And they are not replenishing it anymore. That was around 3pm. I felt that was a bit weird. After 30mins later they brought only 1 towel just for me. Then room had a balcony and its locked. The TV was was huge but limited eng channels. Overall stay was good.
