As a customer, I had an extremely disappointing experience with OYO Elwarda KC City, and I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. The issues I encountered during my stay were numerous, and they significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. First and foremost, the staff at OYO Elwarda KC City were incredibly unapproachable. Their lack of willingness to assist guests was evident, particularly when it came to providing basic amenities such as fresh towels. Despite the fact that I had been using the same towel for almost three days, the staff flatly refused to provide a replacement. This lack of concern for basic hygiene and guest comfort is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the overall level of customer service at OYO Elwarda KC City was truly abysmal. From the moment I arrived, I was met with indifference and apathy from the staff. They consistently displayed a complete disregard for guest satisfaction and seemed uninterested in providing even the most basic assistance. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy left a lasting negative impression on my stay. Given my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend OYO Elwarda KC City to anyone seeking accommodation. The issues I encountered, ranging from unapproachable staff to a complete lack of customer service, are indicative of a severe lack of management and professionalism. DO NOT BOOK THIS!! Our room was crawling with cockroaches. It stank of damp and there was mold growing up the walls. Water leaked from the ceiling on the pillow and there was a creepy hole in the ceiling above the bed. There's no window so no way to get rid of the stink. We did not feel safe here - it's in a very dodgy building. The toilet had no flush and you had to stand over it to shower. The conditions were disgusting and I would be surprised if the sheets were even cleaned. It became clear that this was a place people brought prostitutes, not a place to spend a night.

Very convenient area, but quite noisy
It was a little noisy because it's right on the food street, the first room i was in was somewhat quiet, but there was a restaurant with loud music so i asked to switch rooms... i don't think they understood why i wanted to switch rooms, cause the next room was way noisier haha. But i saw a lot of bad reviews saying it was low quality and stuff, it wasn't that bad, really.. Some wear and tear, but i've seen worse hotels.

It's fairly noisy, and the room's walls are pretty dirty in the second room i switched to, but it's not a bad hotel. I switched rooms thinking it might be more quiet, but it was actually louder haha. The staff is very nice, though.

Right in the middle of Alor food street. Location was great. The cleanliness of the hotel is really ridiculous. There’s lots of cockroaches crawling around I even got one beside me when I woke up. Can’t deny the fact that it’s cheap but oh well.

Need to enhance cleanliness, because when we check in ,I think last guest has smoking inside the room. So we smell some smoke when we check in .. And check out time should be clearly mentioned what time check out ,because we don't not noon about what time,expect 1pm -2pm ,but after that day inform on 12pm. So that only know noon is on 12pm. Hope can mentioned in page , so that , we can take note on this,Thanks and good service so far.. :D

It was facing Jalan Alor Street, it was very noisy and the room was very dirty. Three cockroaches appeared. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but I couldn't stand it so I canceled the first night and moved to another hotel.

まず看板が地上に全く無いので、場所を探すのに一苦労。 近くに居るのに全く見つからず現地人に聞きまくってやっとたどり着く。 宿の内容は東南アジアの典型的な安宿。くつろぎはなく眠るだけ 水のシャワーは当然か。

+ awesome staff very helpfull. Good air-co, VERY GOOD LOCATED! 4 min to time square, 4 min to the party street. - Small toilet and a bit dirty sheets, perfect for backpackers. Very thin walls so bring earplugs

頑張ってる安宿
エアアジアの航空券とセットで予約し、行ってみたら三泊のはずが二泊になっていて困惑。 結局、フロントでの交渉が必要でしたが、三泊で了承してもらいひと安心。 部屋の設備は不十分だけど、部分的に更新工事も進めて改善中のようです。 場所がちょっと分かりにくいから、頑張って探してみて!
