What an experience!
I booked and requested a room with windows and king size bed. It was a lovely room when I first stepped in the room then when I started to get comfortable and decided to take a shower then the water from the heater was cold. After that, I put on the towel and ring the reception to inform the problem to them and the receptionist wasn't be able to give me a satisfactory solution to the issue but offering us to stay in a twin bed rooom without windows while we were still discussing the resolution of the problem. The power cutoff, first time in my life that I had power failure in a hotel. That was the last straw, so I decided to ask for refund and move another hotel across the road. Then she mentioned there is a room with windows but it will be noisy because it is just right behind a club. I decided it is a better option then continuing making a scene or stay in a windows-less twin bed room. So I take the room and she was spot on. The music was loud and played till 6am. Luckily, I was too tired and able to fall asleep around 1am but even so I can only sleep for 4 hours. What an experience!

I love everything inside the hotel. Awesome interior. Very recommended! To those who are looking for different kind of hotel, try this.

worthy to stay
The new and industrial design is pretty rare in KL. But the price is so affordable. Moreover, the front desk staff is so helpful when I was asking for any questions. Its really worthy to stay in this hotel to see their unique style!!! And the location is really perfect if you want to walk around KL, you really need book this hotel!!

飯店服務人員的態度很好！房間很有設計感 但客房對面是night club 隔音不佳 從晚上12點到早上5點音樂聲非常的吵 嚴重影響睡眠
