Room didn't have a window.. Wasn't informed when making reservation.. And when I tried to cancel, hotel refused. Also not very clean.. Terrible sound isolation

Horrible Svc. Good facilities. Location pivotally functional to sites/LRT. Expect gov tour. tax; then cash deposit/rm. Staff min. attentive & max. dismissive; partic. night shift. Dont expect any courtesy/sympathy/emerg./assist/etc. Basic check in/out functions only.

Great Budget Hotel for KL
Great hotel at a great rate. It has everything that you need. The gym is modern. The rooms were nice. Staff was great. Great area. Would definitely recommend as a budget hotel.

The staff was very slow from the start and I had to wait to check in. Next day I wanted to sit outside while they clean my room, but the concierge in a very rude manner told me that he can’t give me good chair outside and gave me a stool. On a check out day the staff was terrible slow to give me back my deposit despite that I was standing in front of her looking at her eyes and she did her things sorting papers very slow like she has done it on purpose to silently say: “f*ck you”. People in this hotel were very loud, walls are very thin. At least the bedding was new and clean.

really enjoyed my stay here. short walk to majid jamek station. walking distance to petronas towers. tasty onsite indian restaurant. room was big enough for 1, with great walk in shower little strange not having a window but id stay here again no problem

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful rooms and amazing staff
First impressions were incredible. There was a fabulous scent everywhere and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous. The shower was huge and the water pressure was very strong. The toiletries were super useful and thoughtful, and the towels were brand new and sparkling white. Unfortunately, breakfast let the place down a lot, due to both the seating area and the food. It didn't have the luxurious and spacious vibe that the rest of the hotel had, and there was a poor selection of cold food. The coffee was great though, and there were some mind-blowing restaurants around so we were well fed during our stay. Overall terrific stay. Didn't want to leave!

Great location, walking distance to many sights and close to rail stations and direct train to Batu Caves. Clean, modern rooms. Staff unable to help with sight seeing activities so come prepared.

Excellent location next to Jalan Masjid India. You can get food 24*7. Lotus cinema is just next door for movies. Value for money as rooms are clean, spacious & have basic amenities. Don’t like: 1. Towels clean but have stains 2. Parking limited in front of hotel but staff willing to help to arrange & call if cars need to be moved for other guest cars. 3. Breakfast limited but enough for everybody.

This is a new building, so the facilities and the room was satisfactory. However, I had to wait 1 and a half hour to check in. The information of the hotel on the website is a little different from how it actually is. There was no mention of the deposit on the website but the hotel requested it, and on the website it says that check-in is 24 hours available but the check in time is from 2pm. The time we could finally check in was 3:30ish. Also, the food was not that good. Didn't like the taste of it.

I don’t like the area, location of the motel as it was Muslim populated area, I felt very uncomfortable walking around. I’m not a racist but you have to be with like mind people. The food, shops and in general people do not speak English. Making our trip to KL very unpleasant.
