Small but clean
Room small. Air condition blowing on you. Is clean and is ok. The surrounding plenty of food and easy to move around with monorail, trains to different areas.

Horrible Stay
This was an AWFUL hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. The front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked for an extra pillow and they said no - you only get what is in your room. Pillow had blood on it and they wouldn't replace it for a clean new pillow. There was a roach in our room that I had to kill and the front desk could care less. Rooms are way smaller than the pictures lead to believe. Stay somewhere else.

There were stains on the bedsheets. The staff were kind to change rooms for me, but after 3 changes, the bedsheets of the room I got last were still with quite a few stains. So I gave up. The bathroom and the desk, the floor were clean. Convenient neighbourhood.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Room condition is considered above average. As budget hotel, I don’t expect much. Paid for supreme room with city view but ended up a window facing the wall of next building. Feel cheated but it’s okay with the pricing. Cleanliness need improvement. Floor is not very clean, some stains on bed sheet and quilt cover, black ants crawling around. The worse is the sound proofing of the hotel. Can easily awaken by the loud noise of doors closing by other guest and people chatting at the corridor. I’ve to step out in the morning to shut them up. Not very pleasant but it’s too disturbing.

Not very hygenic. Counter staff was not wearing mask, sneezed into hand before handing change and key card to me. But the location is amazing, just beside the monorail station, opposite KL Sentral and a huge mall! Also we had a quiet night's sleep even though our room overlooks the main street because the room had a well sealed double glazed window!

Great stay
It was very clean. A great location 200m from KL Sentral terminal. The best bed I've been in for 3 years of living in Asia. Only bad was no refrigerator.

Bed bugs
It was tragically bad experience for me this time. When I wake up in the morning my body skin start swollen & itchy . I tot it just normal but after few hours it get worse. I’m very sure it was because of bed bugs from the bed(Room 402) . Going to clinics(confirm bed bugs as per doctor) & it’s cost me more than the room price.

I left my baby clothes inside the room and I called them they told me they will put it in the counter, to my disappointment upon arriving there they just showed me another sailor moon clothes inside the room and denied they found the clothes, so disappointed even the room is okay. The honesty wasn’t there !

We apologize for the miscommunication as the housekeeping staff who had found the Mickey mouse baby shirt was on off day and the staff did not know, we had send a message a day earlier to inform to state if we had found anything we would update you. Nevertheless, as per hotel policy the guest who stay in our hotel rooms are responsible for their own items. We have also found the clothes , you are free to come and collect it. We advice in future please do double check if you had recovered all your items before checking out from your room. :) Thank you for review and come again soon.

Pleasant stay at small hotel.
It looks like a new hotel and everything is clean and in good condition. Being an economy hotel room is small but i had a pleasant stay. It had Tv and hot shower, the primary things you need.
