This property is terrible unconfortable. Doesn't match any of those photo you provided. Better not reccomand for 3 starred hotel.

The staff were friendly. They don't provide mineral water & 3 in 1 drink. It's okay if they do not want to provide the 3 in 1 drink. But at least mineral water is the basic one needed. Even the guest staying more than 1 night, they should refill the mineral water because the room was charged per night, not per stay. Only the pool is awsome. It's because of the view.

Nice little hotel in the city that’s not too far from a very large mall and the metro station. Only 5 minutes by cab to the city centre and the staff are super nice!

Very bad hotel staff always annoy you and not helpful even your key to room doesnot work properly . Also breakfast is terrible.

The cleanliness of the hotel room, the open-air dining area. The hotel experienced power failure on the floor that we were occupying but quickly offered us another floor. The service was fast.

Good location but the standard room was very small and congested. Water leaked at night from the refrigerator. shifted to another room on the next day. Staff is cordial, but the check-in was very slow. Breakfast is average

Room not same as picture shown. Old looking but room is clean & comfy. Its very convenient for me staying here & good value for money. Will stay again & hopefully re-paint the old looking wall of the room.

Affordable hotel with awesome facilities
Best part about this hotel is the spacious room and affordable price. I enjoyed my stay here. Just I would suggest if they would include a minibar for the non-executive rooms.

Los empleados muy amable pero la publicidad es engañosa, suben fotos de un hotel que no es el real. Pues es real es de muy baja calidad! Yo nunca vi las habitaciones ni las instalaciones que colocan en su Publicidad. Engañan a la gente con su publicidad.

カサカサ。。。
値段はクアラルンプールでもNo.1なくらいに安いです。設備も良いかと思ってましたが、でました、カサカサ動く例のやつ。。。 スタッフも良いのですが、Gは、だめでした。。。

不親切、不潔
写真ではかなり綺麗ですが、不便で治安も悪い場所だと聞きました。冷蔵庫は無くてゴキブリが出ました。チェックインのときには私の英語がダメなのもありますが、冷たく不親切な態度、優しさは感じられませんでした。２日目にキャンセルしてブキビンタンのホテルを撮りました。
