Good enough
For the price, I can't complain. The bed and space was clean and worked as a place to crash for the night. A few details were off though - hot water heater box on the shower didn't seem to work, safe didn't work, linens were quite old and worn and the room smelled a little bit like mildew on first walking in. But - cheap place, good location, clean crash pad for the night.

It is a gem hidden between Chinatown, Bukit Bintang and Putu. The walking distance is 1.2km to any of the 3 destinations.

Fine just for a day
Hotel was fine just for night or two.wifi was not good even in ground floor. bathroom floor was always wet as water didn't drain properly. staffs were very helpful. aircon was very cool. They charge 10 ringget on the top of hotel price per night per room( maybe malaysian government tax, never heard that in any country that government charge 10 ringget for staying in room) .

An attractive hostel close to a monorail station.
Overall a good hostel centrally located and close to a couple of monorail stations. I stayed in a small six bed dorm with an ensuite wet room. The matress was a tad lumpy. Very pleasant, efficient staff. The dorm is a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Quiet, relaxing, clean, friendly, good breakfast
Very cheerful, kind, friendly staff. Room was all new and very clean plus cleaned meticulously everyday. There was enough space to do yoga and pilates in the single room. Having recently graduated from backpacker to flashpacker, the single room was perfect. It is within walking distance of bukit bintang and China town while being just far enough from both to be quiet in a genuine local neighborhood. Breakfast was a delightful surprise- coffee/tea, roti cani/toast, fruit, and cakes. Only 2 channels in tv, but I could connect my usb with movies. I would recommend it and I would go back.

Perfect hotel for the budget traveler
A quaint little hotel that's tucked away in a quiet locality, but yet in the heart of KL. Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor and shopping malls are all within walking distance from this hotel. If you're up to it, even China Town, Central Market and The Historical District can be reached by foot. The hotel has a nice traditional feel to it. The rooms are clean and well furnished, with all the basic amenities. There is a nice little sit out with a small restaurant. The girls at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay at Paloma Inn!

Great location and very friendly plac
Great location and very helpful friendly staff. Can be hard to find first time and taxi drivers often don 't know it, so get off monorail or train at Hang Tuah, then make sure you are on west side exit of monorail before going through station barriers, then turn right to go down steps (i.e. Go north) and then turn up first road on left past bus depot and police station, and then a right and first left onto right street. It is only about 350 metres in toto like but a nightmare if you end up on wrong side of busy highway and taxis refuse to pick you up because they don't know it.

Great place
I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Lobby and cafe area was cozy yet airy, with natural woods. Perfect location: quaint quiet side street in the middle of everything to see in KL (just a bit hard to find at first.) Room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped. Very happy with my stay.

Hard to find...
This hotel is very hard to find. Even taxi's don't know the place. Never got a chance to stay because they are not accepting credit cards. They would accept but they will charge additional 3% which was not advertised. Deposit of 50 ringgit when you check in which also not advertised.

No fan in the dorm
We stayed in the dorm, everything was great and we love it! But the air condition only allowed from 8pm-8am. It's very very hot in the room as there's no fan. I can only open the window but it's dusty out there, I think the dorm room needs a fan. The power sockets are very hard to use I don't know why. This hotel is near to housing flats where many foreigns workers are all around at any time. Just have to be more conscious when go in and out.

5/5! Toppenhotell! Hur trevlig och hjälpsam personal som helst, rummen helt okej med bra ac, bra wi-fi och gångavstånd till det mesta om man inte har något emot promenader på 15-20 min. Berjaya Times Square ligger jättenära, Chinatown ca 20 min promenad bort och där i närheten finns också Chinatown. Matgatan Jalan Alor är det också gångavstånd till! Riktigt bra hotell, rekommenderar verkligen!

Жил 3 дня, спалось нормально, кондей работает негромко, бельё чистое, ежедневная уборка. Удобное расположение для прогулок по центру города. Из минусов - на полотенцах попадаются дыры, в 317-ом номере ползали мелкие муравьи. Из-за избыточного количества Wi-Fi роутеров они начинают друг-другу мешать из-за чего были проблемы с интернетом в этом номере (в коридоре и на 1-ом этаже работает отлично). Телевизор показывает всего 5 каналов, новости и китайские фильмы.

I was satisfied with cozy and clean room also kind staff. It had window that I could see outside no refrigerator in my room. But I could buy cold water at the lobby anytime. Breakfast was good and near hangtuah station.

Wonderful stay and good staff
The check-in is not so friendly. It s all about the business. No little talk. But that is the only disadvantage. Very good breakfast with pancake and fresh fruit. The staff is very polite and ask you if you want more. The room is excellent, clean and every day you have free mineral water. In the neighboorhood you have several restaurants Jalan Alor. I recommend Pasar Seni central market to enjoy food court on first floor. If you want to swim go to Chin Woo Stadium from 2 pm to 8 pm. It is only 4,30 RM entrance with correct swmming clothes.

チェックイン時にカードで支払ったのに現金を請求されて最初は戸惑いますが、丁寧に説明してくれました。この一点以外はとても親切なホテルで、部屋も清潔です。暑い国なのでエアコンつきの部屋にしましたが、夜中はエアコンなしで寝ることができました。 もしかするとファン付きの部屋でも十分かも？ Wi-Fiがなぜか使えませんでした。ルーターにはつながるので、そこから先のネット接続が切れてるのでしょう。プリペイドSIMを自分で用意していたので困りませんでしたが、これをアテにしている人は困ったと思います。 RM90なのでマレーシアの安宿という意味では高い方になりますが、日本人の金銭感覚なら十分安さとコストパフォーマンスの良さを実感できます。 アロー通り、ブギッビンタン、チャイナタウンが徒歩圏なのでとても便利です。

宿泊代は直接ホテルで支払いでしたが、カード決済出来るものと思っており、その分の両替をしていなかったので差額はドルで支払いました。現金支払いのみとわかりやすく表記があれば良かったです。 KLセントラルからバジェットタクシーカウンターで17リンギット支払い、追加チャージなく10分程度で到着しました。またアロー通りにも歩いて行けます。ブキッビンタンから無料のバスに乗るとどこでも行きやすく便利です。

very satisfied. staffs were great, room very clean and comfortable. walking distance to bukit bintang area, not very near though, around 20 minutes of walking. the only downside was the internet speed, poor connection. overall very happy with my stay here

可在電車站imbi下車走過去 要先過某個路口 如果沒有先過，會被某個高架橋擋著 然後又要再走回那個路口過馬路(背著背包多走這些路很累阿....) 當下覺得這地點哪裡好啊，一堆評論都說地點好= = 隔天走對路之後才覺得其實真的蠻近的，只是要走對方法 然後這家booking的評論都說被收50MYR壓金(退房後會退) hotels.com都沒人說要收這筆 所以我才用hotels.com訂 結果還是被收 但是我們馬來幣不夠，所以只收22MYR 早餐的飲料可以免費續 房間乾淨 整體滿意

荷物が多かったので空港タクシー、102リンギット、で行きました、結果的には正解で、住宅地の中で見つけずらい場所です、２回目からは駅も近くにあり荷物がなければ電車で行きます。

L'hôtel se trouve dans une petite rue très calme. C'est donc parfait pour se reposer. Le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont ok et propres. Pas de "vraie" douche comme partour à la Malaisie. La clim souffle directement sur le lit. c'est un peu gênant.

Room condition was clean and quite. The hotel seems to be built recently. Location is also good, near night market (Jallan allo street), Puduraya bus terminal, monorail station. Staffs are friendly also.

저렴하고 깨끗한 숙소
가격대비 정말 추천하는 곳, 위치도 잘란알로 야시장과 가깝고 (걸어서5분이내) 객실, 화장실 깨끗하고 무엇보다 이 가격에 맛있는 조식까지 포함이다. 내가 선택한 제일 저렴한 방은 냉장고가 없다. 하지만 프론트에 음료자판기에서 시원한 맥주와 음료수를 저렴하게 사먹을수있다!

A nice hotel for backpackers
I enjoy myself very much. All the people are very nice. They suggested where I could go and the easiest way to get there. The location of the hotel is perfect! All the attractions are very close that you can get there within 20 minutes on foot.
