Thanks to let me upgradw the room, and when i reach the room. Door is open and it have smoke smell in the room. And i like the room cause is family room. Everything not prepare done yet. No towel, no water, water is additional charges, overall ok.

1. housekeeper throw away my medicaltion (ubat darah tinggi) during housekeeping.
2. pls make sure no renovation work was carried out when customer is staying in the particular room.
3.the floor a bit dusty may be after the renovation others than that no bad.

Appreciate If They Will Also Have Non-Smoking Room
Rating is average. It could be better if they will have non-smoking rooms available for guests who don't smoke. It smelt terrible upon first entering the room due to the strong smoking stench probably left by the previous guest.
