Thanks to let me upgradw the room, and when i reach the room. Door is open and it have smoke smell in the room. And i like the room cause is family room. Everything not prepare done yet. No towel, no water, water is additional charges, overall ok.

1. housekeeper throw away my medicaltion (ubat darah tinggi) during housekeeping. 2. pls make sure no renovation work was carried out when customer is staying in the particular room. 3.the floor a bit dusty may be after the renovation others than that no bad.

Appreciate If They Will Also Have Non-Smoking Room
Rating is average. It could be better if they will have non-smoking rooms available for guests who don't smoke. It smelt terrible upon first entering the room due to the strong smoking stench probably left by the previous guest.

服务不好!房间冷气坏的,吹出来都是风罢了!打电话去前台等了1个小时多都没人上来弄,再打多一次才说让人看看!结果那个 AUNTY 进到房就大声说!什么不冷,很冷了!拜托!冷气和风你分不清楚? 还乱说一堆无言的理由!说我订的房间是大房,有窗口,所以冷气会跑。。。。傻逼!窗口都没开的!冷气跑哪里??最后换房间给我,还叫我坐在大厅等,说房间把冷气开先费事我上去又说不冷!明明就是那间房间冷气就是坏的! 换了个同房型的房间,冷气是冷了!结果就一直嗅到烟味 。。。。唉!总之,这家酒店我是永远都不会租的了!

街から少し離れてます
車がないと不便な場所です。部屋はきれいでWifiも普通に使えました。壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の声が少し気になりました。
