This hotel is very dated but with the current situation it is must be very difficult for the hoteliers to upkeep such a huge property. The suite we booked was huge but cleanliness was not that good as we found stains on the toilet bowl. The plus points were that the room was nice and big, the bed was quite comfortable.

Breakfast was okay; love the chicken rendang & noodle soup. The Danish pastries were good especially the palmiers; best to be consumed warm. Re-heated using the sliced bread toaster. Room was okay; hope that an extra toilet tissue could be placed in the bathroom. One bulb next to the big mirror (behind the working desk) wasn't working well and that area was dark and not suitable to place luggage bags (room 1707).

Stay was okay, room was ok, except that even though we were at the 8th floor, but it’s kinda noisy, and also the room coffee making area was full of ants! why? Please make sure that this area is clean n the water pot was full of ants too! Room service menu was too expensive, can have simpler variety of menu with cheaper price.

Suitable for families with kids. Nice swimming pool just to chill out. Buffet breakfast had adequate varieties between western and Asian spread. Check in and out was smooth, and staffs were very friendly; always greets you with smiles. Liked the free complimentary car parking too. Good location and sited near Sunway Lagoon & Pyramid.

check in and check out was quick . Only one E key was issued . When I returned to the front desk to ask for additional E key , the front desk attendee made a fuss , after my protest I was asked to give a deposit for my request of second key! Ironically , I have given a deposit while checking in .

we checked in at around 1:30am, but everything went through smoothly, the room is spacious and the view is fantastic, I can see the big fish very clear from level 12. I like the breakfast and swimming pool as well. A good experience~

An "oldie but goodie". Overall good service, and after an initially mix-up on room booking, we were given an upgrade to a suite. Very big room, fabulous views. Cleanliness could be improved e.g. vacuum carpet more often. Otherwise, a great one week stay for business trip
