Not so good experience - as it does not provide basic things like room slippers (walking around in cold tiled floors during 3-day stay), with bad TV reception, no cable TV available, no electric kettle and with air-conditioner in position which is blowing towards head area.
Otherwise, its location is quite central and good, generally with quite basic provisions but room look clean..
It is very convenience as beside a market, 7-11, massage, eating places, bakery shop and Optical shop etc. I made my reading glass for MYR99 for a pair. If need to go out, it's very easy to get transport, just grab will do. It pretty fast and not expensive.
Friendly staff, room very clean and comfortable, but around the hotel quiet busy with market and limited parking.

Clean, new hotel
Pros: Hotel is new. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Entrance to hotel is restricted to guests who are buzz in.
Cons: Hotel has 3 floors but no elevators. This is crazy. I arrived at night when there was only 1 staff present so had to drag my luggage up to 2nd floor where the rooms begin. No in-house cafe. This is old KL neighborhood with the usual mix of coffeeshops and general stores. So don't expect any restaurants etc. Stores and coffeeshops opened till about 10pm. Hotel is miles away from KL centre. A cab ride cost RM40. There's TV but no cable TV service and most unbelievable of all - NO WIFI!
If you need a hotel that is clean and cheap, this is it. As it's a new hotel, rooms still smell of fresh paint. But as all things go, this may last about another year or two. Cheers. I would not go back to this hotel because distance and lack of communication facilities - wifi (this is as necessary as a toothbrush) Cheers. gas
